Opening Scripture: Mark 5: 27 – 30
27 When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment.
28 For she said If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.
29 And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague.
30 And Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him, turned him about in the press, and said, Who touched my clothes?
Hallelujah!
The woman with the issue of blood did not just touch Christ for touching sake she approached Him with faith. (Mark 5:34 study)
And her life turned around.
Glory to God! As always faith moves mountains. Her faith moved Christ so that He asked who touched me because something left Him.
Beloved, anytime you touch Christ with faith something must leave Him to you, and that thing that lives Him most bless you. No time you approach Christ with faith that He will not take notice of your presence, just like He noticed the woman with the issue of blood the moment she touched Him.
Christ may not be available for physical touch but He is still greatly available for you to touch/ approach Him. And that is done and achievable through prayers. Grace has allowed us to connect to Him spiritually. His grace made mercy available.
The bible said “when She heard of Jesus” – beloved we still hear of Him today and His wondrous works.
That is why we were urged to come with boldness to the throne of grace and obtain mercy. ( See Hebrews 4: 16) That grace will help you in times of need.
Beloved that boldness is never possible without faith. Faith gives you boldness because you’re sure Are capable to do what He says He will do. Glory!
How often do you connect? And when you do is your faith connecting with you?
It’s high time you stop praying for praying sake (as a religion) without no faith, it’s waste of time. You should touch Him with faith in the place of prayers only faith-based prayers move Christ and enable Him to recognize our presence and respond to our needs.
It’s faith-based prayers that connect us to all the available blessings that Christ possess and more for us for greater glory. Hallelujah!
Let your mind be made up just like the woman with the issue of blood that touching Christ will change your life forever Go to God in prayers with faith and obtain the blessedness of knowing Him.
Touch Him today and end those painful embarrassing issues for He can deliver and save those that trust in Him. For all things are possible with God.
I pray for you today to touch Christ with faith and receive that long-awaited breakthrough in Jesus’s name Amen.
