Opening Scripture: 1 Corinthians 10: 12 Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he falls.

There is no limit to growth in Christ it is continuous.
The only thing that will enable you not to fall is consistency in God’s word that brings growth.
When you refuse to grow and improve yourself as a believer there are chances of falling into temptations/ sin. And you find yourself doing those things that do not please the Lord.
We are to serve the one and only true God therefore do not idolize anything. Whatever is being idolized in your life has become a god to you. And we are warned not to serve God with any other god. What have you idolized?
When you constantly set your mind and heart to Christ and Christ alone through God’s word you keep excelling in your Christian journey.
Faith in God’s word comes from hearing and hearing God’s word. And God’s word can build you up.
It’s also able to deliver you but it’s a choice you have to make. A decision you have to take. Are you willing?
Studying 1 Corinthians 10: 1 – 14 you will understand Apostle Paul was warning the church to maintain stability to avoid being like the people of the old( Israelites who perished in the wilderness due to sin)
We have been bought with a price through grace don’t slip away back to the world and don’t let sin deprive you of obtaining the promises of God in Christ Jesus. Glory to God!
Galatians 5: 1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.
Can we be tempted yes but God has given us all it takes not to fall into it. Stay strong only with God’s word.
I urge you desire to study God’s word. Don’t say am too strong, am standing solid lest you fall. What keeps us from falling is not our human strength and abilities but trust in God and His strength and on His word. With that, you can’t fall.
Remember association matters. Stay with the right people for iron sharpens another iron. Halleluyah!
You can only maintain stability in God’s word.
Seek His words daily and grow therein Amen.
