Opening Scripture: Psalm 103: 1 – 2
1: Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.
2 Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
Hallelujah!
Are you aware that thanksgiving is unconditional for the believer?
As believers, we are not to be thankful only because of blessings, but even inspite of burdens, for life at its worst does not change the most precious truth for which we are to be thankful, and that is salvation through Jesus. Praise the Lord! Are you grateful?
Give thanks with a grateful heart. What should we be grateful for: For His Presence, We must give thanks for God’s presence in our lives.
The Lord has never left us or forsook us. Certain people may have deserted us when we needed them. But the Lord has been with us at all times and in all situations. His presence has given us peace and rest. Hallelujah!
Christ lives in us and He is the hope of glory. Without the presence of God, our lives would be meaningless and miserable. We must always be grateful for the presence of God in our lives. His presence with us makes all the difference in every situation that we face.
Isaiah 43:2 when you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.
Exodus 33:14The LORD replied, “My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest”
We are to offer God a sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving.
David said in Psalm 116:17, “I will sacrifice a thank offering to you and call on the name of the Lord.”
Beloved, let each of us seek to have an attitude of gratitude and thanksgiving, rising to a new level of holiness in our lives. A heart full of praise is a sweet savour unto the Lord. Hallelujah!
Finally, 3 ways to daily live and practice an attitude of thankfulness.
1) Daily thank and praise God for everything in your life. Thank Him even in difficulties. It is a sacrifice to do this. But He can turn troubles into triumphs.
Hebrews 13:15 ESV says “Through him then let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that acknowledge his name.”
2) Don’t allow yourself to complain about anything. During difficult times, be very careful to watch your tongue. Instead of complaining, think of ways you can verbally offer God the sacrifice of thanksgiving. Never let those issues distract you.
3) Don’t compare yourself with others. Don’t wish that your life was different or wish you were living someone else’s life.
God knows what is best. The Bible says having a thankful heart is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.
Note: When we begin to thank God for what we have rather than comparing ourselves with others, it opens the door to God’s blessings. I urge you today to be grateful and full of Thanksgiving at all times.
I pray for you today as your praises and thanksgiving go up, chains will be broken in Jesus Name Amen.

An interesting discussion is definitely worth comment. I do believe that you should publish more about this subject, it may not be a taboo matter but typically people dont discuss these subjects. To the next! Many thanks!!
