As each of you has received a gift (a Particular spiritual talent, a gracious divine endowment), employ it for one another as [befits] good trustees of God’s many-sided grace [faithful stewards of the extremely diverse powers and gifts granted to Christians by unmerited favor].

We are living for kingdom advancement. When this becomes your mindset, you begin to serve with full dedication. Let’s continue to look at the following a believer must put into consideration while serving in your local church:-
4.Your fellow believer is not your enemy, know who the enemy is and take the fight to him. (The devil is our enemy).
Note: stop seeing your fellow believer as the enemy and do not allow the devil to take charge when you are supposed to work together for the Advancement of the kingdom.
As believers, we only have one enemy and he is the devil and Christ has given us victory over him.
When we wrong someone, we must not justify it, it’s a sin just apologize.
When someone wrongs you or is living an ungodly lifestyle, don’t go about gossiping about the believer or assassinating their character – it’s also a sin. If the person is not accessible, complain to a leader so the matter can be properly addressed.
Never forget to pray for such a believer to turn back to God and stop the ungodly lifestyle that is love is better than gossiping.
Ephesians 4:29, NIV “Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen”
Within each of us lie weaknesses – temptations that cause us to struggle.
The key is the ability to recognize our weaknesses and temptations. If we can’t recognize them, we certainly can’t address them or properly fight our enemy, the devil.
5. Do not be stagnant rather advance, build and occupy till He comes. We serve a mighty God.

Isaiah 59: 19 So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.
He has given us the authority to occupy but we must also advance and build that enlargement. Don’t hold back! Growth is essential therefore as you serve, see to it you grow and also help others to grow as well. Be sold out to soul-winning. Take over with the gospel of Christ.
Take charge!
Titus 3:8 is a trustworthy saying. And I want you to stress these things, so that those who have trusted in God may be careful to devote themselves to doing what is good. These things are excellent and profitable for everyone.”
