Word for Today: Fear Not.

Opening Scripture: 1 King 19: 1- 4
1: And Ahab told Jezebel all that Elijah had done, and withal how he had slain all the prophets with the sword.
2: Then Jezebel sent a messenger unto Elijah, saying, so let the gods do to me, and more also if I make not thy life as the life of one of them by tomorrow about this time.

3: And when he saw that, he arose, and went for his life, and came to Beersheba, which belongeth to Judah, and left his servant there.
4: But he went a day’s journey into the wilderness, and came and sat down under a juniper tree: and he requested for himself that he might die; and said, It is enough; now, O Lord, take away my life; for I am not better than my fathers.

Praise the Lord!
Many believers are like Elijah who runs away at the word or bite of Jezebel.
One will say does Jezebel still exist?

Yes as that might challenge, situation, frustration, threatening to overtake your life. I ask where have you run to hide?
Have you forgotten God’s mercy and goodness in the past when He made a way where there seems to be no way?

Have you allowed yourself to be downcast asking if God exists or letting Him take your life that it is not worthy of existence because of the embarrassing situation?

As Elijah slept, the angel administered care. Beloved find rest in the challenge in Christ and watch His hand of favor locates you. Praise the Lord!

No matter the man/woman boasting about their injustice on what he/she can do as Jezebel did, or those challenges threatening to humiliate and devour you as Jezebel boasted, fear not for God is with you. You shall never see shame. Do not delay in reconnecting to God for miracles.

Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

All things are working for good but there is a condition – for those that love God.
You have to love God in all circumstances knowing you have been called according to His purpose and will.
It is a two-way thing for His good and your good.

As God is glorified His people benefit, Our God is sovereign.
He is all-knowing, all-wise, and powerful.
As Elijah was delivered from the hand of Jezebel (Study 2 Kings 7:30-37)
And God’s word came to pass over her life.

I decree and declare God has given you victory over every modern-day Jezebel in Jesus’ name Amen.
If you have God trust His goodness, His power, and His will as we journey together with Him. Fear Not!

I pray for you, to be bold to face every challenge knowing God is with you at all times as victory is yours in Jesus’ name Amen.
