Opening Scripture: Colossians 3:23
And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men.
Hallelujah!
Heartily service is the right approach to doing God’s will concerning our lives.
We are called to serve God and bring glory to Him. Maybe you have tried to render service but it did not work as planned.
Forget the pain in the past and the challenges now and focus on the future knowing God can do exceeding abundantly above all things. Hallelujah!
Remember quitters fail, therefore don’t quit rather keep trying until you become successful in rendering heartily service to God.
Listen everyone has their calling and if I may ask are you doing yours heartily?
To be successful in heartily doing your work, you require the following:-
1) patience – ability to withstand pressures, and obstacles trying to limit you from achieving your goal.
You endure winning just like christ.
And finally, you stand out.
2)Work it out with fear for God (awe)
Concerning God. As a faithful soldier listening to command, you obey the latter.
Christ obey His father to death and brought glory to Him.
Be ready to defend your assignment on earth. For we shall be duly rewarded.
3)Work it with determination, commitment and steadfastness – Every work requires commitment.
4) Excellence – What you see and hear will determine how far you will go – vision is necessary. If I may ask, what do you see? Make the best of it.
5) Be sold out to your purpose of existence in Christ. Praise the Lord!
All God is doing and will do in and through you is for His pleasure; be glad to yield yourself for it. Believe in yourself. Get busy and your life will never be the same.
I pray for you today to do every work unto the Lord here on earth and let heaven reward you in Jesus’ name Amen.
