Opening Scripture: Ecclesiastes 9:7
Go your way, eat your bread with joy, and drink your wine with a cheerful heart
[if you are righteous, wise, and in the hands of God], for God has already accepted
your works.
Hallelujah!
Joy is not optional but rather essential to the Christian life.
We are commanded to
rejoice and we believers are described as rejoicing people. Joy is not icing on the cake but an essential ingredient in a complex batter. Glory to
God!
A joyful heart trusts God and knows that He is aware of what He is doing
and that he/she will benefit from it.
Joy is possible irrespective that we are in a world of pain, sorrow, and suffering.
As we are celebrating the birth of our savior you should be joyous in respect of your circumstances because you know victory is in Christ and He never fails. Don’t be sad!
Cheers up.
The joy God has given to us is thick, substantive, rich, and full.
During pain, you will quite agree that our joy as believers is great.
This season doesn’t let anything take your joy away.
God’s love for us is till eternity. Paul said in
Romans 8 : 38: 39
For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Remember the joy of the LORD is our strength.
You have the strength to hold on, there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.
Celebrating Jesus Christ is enough reason to be joyous at all times.
I pray for you today to let your joy know no boundaries in Jesus’ name Amen.

Remain Ever Lifted.
